Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation from Dream Theme LV.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to setup.
• We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: deposit may be applied to a future booking within 6 months.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: the deposit is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the event.
• Dream Theme LV reserves the right to cancel due to extreme weather or unsafe conditions, with a full refund or reschedule offered.

Setup & Venue Requirements

• We require a flat, clean area of at least 10x10 feet for basic setups. Larger packages may need more space.
• Indoor venues must have adequate ceiling height (minimum 8 feet for bounce houses).
• Access to a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area is required for bounce houses.
• The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows rental equipment on the premises.
• Setup and breakdown are included in all packages. Our team arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time.

Supervision & Safety

• An adult (18+) must supervise children at all times while using the equipment.
• Dream Theme LV is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or lack of supervision.
• Children should remove shoes, glasses, and sharp accessories before using soft play or bounce equipment.
• All equipment is sanitized before and after each event.

Damage & Liability

• Normal wear and tear is expected and covered.
• The client is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
• Repair or replacement costs for damaged equipment will be assessed and billed to the client.
• Dream Theme LV carries general liability insurance for our events.

Service Area

We serve the entire Las Vegas Valley including Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Green Valley, Centennial Hills, Southern Highlands, and surrounding areas. Setup, the full rental, and breakdown are included in every package; a flat $25 delivery fee applies within our standard service area.
